How do I earn Cash Back on my purchases?
To earn Cash Back, simply start your shopping journey at Rakuten.com, use the Rakuten browser extension, or use the mobile app. Click on the store where you want to shop, and we will automatically track your purchase and credit your account with a percentage of the total.
When will I receive my Cash Back payment?
Rakuten sends payments every three months, provided your Cash Back balance is over $5.00. Payments are sent via a 'Big Fat Check' or deposited directly into your PayPal account according to our quarterly schedule: February 15, May 15, August 15, and November 15.
What should I do if my Cash Back is missing?
If a purchase doesn't show up in your account within 7 days, you can use our 'Missing Cash Back' form. Most rewards are tracked automatically, but occasionally a store may take longer to report the transaction to us.
Can I return items purchased through Rakuten?
Yes, returns are handled directly by the merchant where you made the purchase. Please note that returning or canceling an item will result in the forfeiture of the Cash Back earned on that specific item.
Are there any fees for using Rakuten?
No, Rakuten is completely free to join and use. We receive a commission from our partner stores for sending customers to their sites, and we share that commission with you in the form of Cash Back.
Can I use coupons and promo codes with Rakuten?
Yes, you can use most coupons found on the Rakuten site. However, using promotional codes not provided by Rakuten may occasionally void your eligibility for Cash Back, so we recommend using the codes listed on our store pages.
