Return Process

  Log into your Rakuten account, navigate to 'Order History', and select the item you wish to return to start the process with the specific merchant.

  Print Return Label

  Once the merchant approves your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label or follow the specific mailing instructions provided by the seller.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached and drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After the merchant receives and inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
